Getting Started

How to join

1. Sign up on this website. It takes a few minutes and covers participation consent, the code of conduct and the jersey and equipment agreement.

2. Read about the sports we offer and pick the ones you would like to try. By selecting sports you will be notified of changes to the schedule and be included on that sport’s roster. You can always change this in the future.

3. Bring the completed forms to a practice. The medical form has sections that must be filled in by a doctor, physician's assistant or nurse practitioner, so start that one early.

Still not sure? New athletes are always welcome. Come to a practice and check it out.

Forms

Every athlete needs two things on file before they compete: a participation form and a medical form. The medical form has sections a physician has to complete and sign, so it is the one to start early — getting a doctor's appointment is usually the longest part.

You can download them at any time from the Forms link at the bottom of every page on this site. Print them, get them signed, and bring them to a practice. Your coach or a club administrator will log them, and you will get an email confirming we have them.

Nothing is uploaded, emailed or scanned. Paper forms are handed to a coach or a club administrator at practice, and they stay on paper. The club's records hold one thing about a medical form — the date it was signed, and the date it runs out — because that is what we are required to track. The document itself never becomes a file on this website.

What it costs

Nothing. Athletes and their families do not pay to participate. The club covers uniforms, equipment, regional and state fees from our fundraising.

What to bring

Comfortable clothes & shoes you can move in, and always a water bottle. The sport's own page says if anything else is needed.
