What we run each year

Fall Kickoff. The season opens with a get-together for athletes, families and volunteers before practices start.

The Upper Arlington 4th of July parade. Our athletes ride or walk the parade route with the club every year! Meeting at a designated spot at the parade start and dropping off at a designated spot at parade end. It’s a great day to show our UA Special Olympic pride! You are guaranteed to see many friends and supporters along the parade route. It’s a great day!

Sip of UA. Our wine and beer tasting with a silent auction, held each spring at St. Agatha Church Parish Hall. Tickets are sold through Eventbrite and you must be 21 to attend. It is our biggest fundraiser of the year, and the proceeds support athletes from Upper Arlington, Grandview Heights and Marble Cliff.

The Valentine's party. An evening of cookie decorating and dancing at the Amelita Mirolo Barn.

The awards banquet. We finish the year together, with an award in every sport and the Zach Jones Memorial Award for demonstrating courage through adversity.
