If you want to volunteer as a coach, assistant coach, or chaperone - 

1) complete and submit the Class A form online 

If you want to volunteer temporarily to assist athletes at practice(s) or event(s) -

1) complete the Class B Volunteer Form
2) Bring the form to practice or email to Mike Borders at [email protected]
